This summary doesn’t replace the full terms below.

  • Using our website. You’re welcome to read, share and link to our pages. Please don’t misuse the website or test its security without our permission.
  • Our content. What we publish belongs to us, or to the people who license it to us. Client names and logos belong to their owners.
  • Information, not advice. Our pages and articles explain things in general terms. They aren’t advice for your situation.
  • Our services. Work for clients is covered by a separate agreement. Getting in touch doesn’t create one.
  • Questions. Email info@webair360.com.

1. Who we are

Webair is a software development company with offices in California in the United States, Quebec in Canada, and Islamabad in Pakistan. Webair Inc (“Webair”, “we”, “us”) runs this website.

2. About these terms

These terms apply when you use webair360.com. By using it, you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the website.

If you use our website on behalf of a company, you accept these terms for it too.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains what our website stores in your browser.

3. Using our website

You may use our website to find out about us and our services, and to get in touch. Please don’t:

  • try to reach parts of the website, its servers or its systems that aren’t meant for you
  • test its security without our written permission
  • send malicious code, or anything that disrupts the website or anyone’s use of it
  • send spam or automated form submissions
  • pretend to be someone else, or send information that isn’t yours to share

If you find a security issue, please tell us at info@webair360.com rather than testing further.

4. Our content

The words, designs, illustrations, animations, code and other material on our website belong to Webair, or to the people who license them to us.

You may view, print and share our pages for your own reference, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link. Please ask us before using our material in any other way.

Client names, logos and project images belong to their owners, as do any other names and trademarks on our website.

If you believe something on our website uses your work without permission, email info@webair360.com and we’ll look into it.

5. Information on our website

We work to keep our website accurate and up to date, but it gives general information, not advice for your situation. Our articles explain subjects such as security, regulation and AI in general terms. They aren’t legal, security or other professional advice, so speak to a qualified adviser before acting on them.

Facts can change after we publish, so each article shows when it was published, and when it was last updated if it has changed since.

A result we describe on one project doesn’t mean the same result on yours.

6. Our services

The descriptions of our services and engagement models on our website are general. They aren’t an offer we’re bound by.

When we work together, the agreement we sign with you sets the terms, and it takes priority over these terms.

Getting in touch, booking a call or asking for urgent help doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to working together. Before any work begins, we confirm availability and agree the scope and any costs with you.

7. What you send us

When you send us a message, a request or an application, please make sure it’s accurate and yours to share.

Please don’t include passwords, access details or confidential information in a message, a request or an application. If we need access, we’ll arrange a secure way to share it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you send.

8. Client accounts

If we give you an account, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. We may suspend access to protect your account or our systems. Your agreement with us also applies to your account.

9. Other websites

Our website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and the sources in our articles. We don’t control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Keeping our website available

We work to keep our website available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it.

11. Our responsibility to you

We aren’t responsible for any loss that comes from using our website, relying on its information or not being able to use it, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit our responsibility. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have by law that can’t be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We’ll update these terms when something changes, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also say so on our website. The terms on this page when you use the website are the ones that apply.

13. The law that applies

[The governing law and the courts, as the lawyer decides, and anything a visitor’s own law requires.]

To confirm: with the lawyer, which law governs these terms and which courts hear disputes. This section stays hidden until then.

To confirm: with the lawyer, whether consumers may use our website and services. If they may, consumer law where they live can limit what these terms say.

To confirm: with the lawyer, whether these terms need a French version, given our office in Quebec (Charter of the French Language, section 55).
