1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information a website stores in your browser, so it can remember something between pages or visits. Websites can also keep information in your browser’s local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
2. How we use them
We only store what our website needs to work. Our contact and urgent help forms keep what you type in your browser’s session storage, on your device, so you don’t lose it if the page reloads. Nothing is sent to us until you press Send.
We also use first-party browser storage to understand how a visitor found us and which pages they viewed before making an enquiry. First-touch information is retained in local storage for up to 90 days. Arbitrary URL query values and referrer query strings are not retained. This information is sent to us only when you submit an enquiry, and is not sent to a third-party analytics provider.
If we ever want to use cookies for analytics or marketing, we’ll ask for your permission first, and they’ll stay off unless you turn them on.

4. Other services our pages use
Our pages load their libraries from our own website. Cloudflare delivers and protects our website and receives your IP address and browser details to provide that service. Cloudflare may set a cookie needed to keep the website secure.
Our pages also link to our LinkedIn and Facebook pages, but don’t load anything from them. If you follow those links, LinkedIn and Facebook can set their own cookies, under their own cookie policies.
5. Your choices
Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies and stored information. Their own help pages explain how: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
If you block cookies and stored information, our forms still work, but they can’t keep what you type if the page reloads.
6. Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page whenever what our website stores changes, and change the date at the top.
