The answer exists. Finding it shouldn’t be the hard part

Product information lives on your website. Policies sit in documents. Account details are inside another system. Your team fills the gaps, often answering the same questions again and again.

A well-built assistant gives people a simpler way to find what they need. It brings relevant information into the conversation, asks for clarification and helps them take the next step.

Where an assistant can help

  • Answer customer questions

Help customers understand your products, services, policies and processes using approved information. Give your team more room to handle the enquiries that need their experience and judgement.

  • Help people choose

Guide visitors through product differences, service options and common questions. Help them understand what fits their needs and when a conversation with your team would be useful.

  • Make account information easier to access

Let signed-in customers ask about their orders, subscriptions or account details through connections to your existing systems. Access is designed around what each customer is authorised to see.

  • Put internal knowledge within reach

Help staff find procedures, onboarding guidance and company information without searching across multiple tools. Point them to the underlying source where useful, while respecting internal access permissions.

The conversation is only part of the system

A helpful interface matters. So does everything behind it: where answers come from, how information stays current and what happens when a conversation needs a person.

  • We identify the content the assistant should use, organise it for retrieval and establish how it will be updated. Where appropriate, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) brings relevant source material into each response, helping ground answers in your information.

  • Documents explain a policy. Your operational systems hold the latest order or account status. We distinguish between the two and connect the assistant to relevant APIs where current information is needed.

  • Public information and private records need different controls. We design authentication, permissions and data access around the people using the assistant, including restrictions enforced by the connected software.

  • We define when the assistant should ask another question, explain that it cannot help or offer human support. Handover can include relevant conversation context, helping people continue without starting again.

Built around real conversations

  1. Start with the questions

We look at who needs help, what they ask and where conversations currently get stuck. Together, we define a useful scope and decide what the assistant should leave to your team.

  2. Prepare the knowledge and connections

We review content quality, ownership and access. Gaps, conflicting information and outdated documents are addressed alongside the system connections the assistant needs.

  3. Design and build the experience

We develop the conversation flow, tone, interface and integrations around your website, product or internal tools. Clarification, missing information and human handover are part of the design.

  4. Test, launch and improve

We test representative questions, ambiguous requests, restricted information and attempts to push beyond the assistant’s scope. After launch, we review answer quality, response times, running costs and handover outcomes to guide improvements.

Useful AI needs
ongoing attention

A convincing demonstration is a starting point. Real users ask unexpected questions, business information changes and even a well-configured assistant can produce an incorrect answer.

That’s why we plan for content updates, evaluation and monitoring from the beginning. The aim is to make the assistant useful in everyday operation, with clear ownership when something needs attention.

You’re in good company

From startups to established enterprises, these are some of the teams we build software with.
