1. Who we are

Webair is a software development company with offices in California in the United States, Quebec in Canada, and Islamabad in Pakistan. Webair Inc (“Webair”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and is responsible for the personal information this policy describes.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers our website and its forms, emails and calls with us, and applications to join our team or partner with us.

It doesn’t cover personal information we handle inside client projects. There we act on our client’s instructions, under our contract with them, and the client’s own privacy policy applies.

4. How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • reply to inquiries, arrange calls and confirm we’ve received your message
  • provide and manage the work we do for clients
  • consider applications to join us or partner with us
  • show you our website, and keep it and our systems secure
  • understand how our website is used, if you allow analytics
  • meet our legal obligations

We use it only for these reasons. If we ever want to use it for something new, we’ll tell you first.

If you’re in the UK or the European Economic Area, data protection law requires a legal reason for each way we use your information. Ours are:

  • Replying to you: our legitimate interest in answering questions about our work, or steps you ask us to take before we agree a contract.
  • Work for clients: our contract with the client.
  • Applications: steps before a possible contract with you, and our legitimate interest in finding the right people.
  • Our website and its security: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
  • Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie Preferences at the bottom of every page.
  • Legal obligations: the need to comply with the law.

You can object to any use based on our legitimate interests: see your rights.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses a cookie to remember your cookie choice. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to tell us how our website is used. It stays off until you turn it on, and you can change your choice at any time from Cookie Preferences at the bottom of every page. Our cookie policy lists each cookie and how long it lasts. We don’t use advertising cookies.

We use first-party browser storage to understand how a visitor found us and which pages they viewed before making an enquiry. First-touch information is retained in local storage for up to 90 days. Arbitrary URL query values and referrer query strings are not retained.

The contact and urgent help forms keep the text and selections you enter in your browser’s session storage, on your device, so you don’t lose them if the page reloads. This may include your name, email, phone number and message. CV files are not saved in browser storage. Drafts are cleared after an accepted submission or when the tab session ends; some browsers may restore a previous session. Nothing is sent to us by this feature until you submit an enquiry.

What our website stores in your browser
NameWhat it doesHow long
webair.firstKeeps your first referral, landing page, allowlisted campaign parameters and visit count. Referrer query strings are discarded.90 days from the first visit, then replaced on a later visit.
webair.journey, webair.events, webair.visitKeeps a short list of page paths and interaction names for this visit. Journey entries contain paths only. The browser tab session.
webair:contact:draftKeeps your message on the contact form while you write it.Until you send the form or close the tab.
webair:urgent-help:draftKeeps your request on the urgent help form while you write it.Until you send the form or close the tab.

When you submit an enquiry, we receive a summary of this first-party referral and page history with your message. It is not sent to a third-party analytics provider. You can still submit forms if browser storage is blocked.

Cloudflare delivers and protects our website and receives your IP address and browser details to provide that service. Cloudflare may set a cookie needed to keep the website secure.

You can clear this storage, and any cookies, at any time in your browser’s settings.

7. Who we share it with

We share personal information only when we need to, with:

  • the providers who host our website, deliver and protect its pages, and run our email, so they can provide those services to us
  • Google, if you allow analytics, to measure how our website is used
  • HubSpot, to manage sales enquiries, requested callbacks and follow-up. We share the contact details you provide, your enquiry, and the enquiry source information described in this policy. Website callback requests are handled by our team; this connection does not subscribe you to marketing or trigger an automatic AI call. Careers applications, CVs and partnership applications are not included in this website-to-CRM connection.
  • Our calendar provider, when you arrange an appointment with us, to manage the appointment and its meeting details.
  • professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when we need their advice
  • authorities, when the law requires it
  • a buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

8. Where your information is stored and seen

Our team works from the United States, Canada and Pakistan, and our providers may store information in other countries. So your information may be stored and seen outside the country where you live. Wherever it is, we protect it as this policy describes.

9. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the reason we collected it, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete it.

  • Inquiries, emails and calls: while we’re in touch, and afterward for as long as we need a record of what we discussed or agreed.
  • Applications: while we consider them. If we don’t go ahead, we delete your application once we no longer need it, unless you agree that we can keep it for future roles.
  • Client work: for as long as our contract with the client and the law require.
  • Form drafts in your browser: until an accepted submission or the browser tab session ends, subject to browser session restoration.
  • First-party attribution: first-touch browser storage lasts 90 days; the page journey and interaction record last for the tab session.
  • Website inbox: form enquiries are kept for 12 months. Applications and their CVs are kept for 6 months, or 24 months when retained for future roles with your agreement. Spam is removed after 30 days. An enquiry or application that has neither been opened by our team nor successfully emailed to us stays in the inbox until it has been handled, so a delivery problem does not silently lose your message.
  • Enquiry management: Sales enquiry records and associated follow-up activities in HubSpot are kept while we handle your request and afterwards for as long as we need a record of our discussions or agreements. Deleting a website inbox record does not automatically delete its HubSpot copy. Requests to correct or delete your information are handled across both systems.
  • Inbox security records: access and account activity records are kept for 12 months. Daily cleanup removes temporary visitor rate-limit hashes once they are more than 24 hours old. Other inbox retention periods are also applied by the daily cleanup.
  • CV upload files: stored privately with your application and removed when its inbox record is deleted. Copies received by our team remain with your application emails.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics keeps the details of visits for up to 14 months.

10. How we protect it

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), so what you send through our forms is encrypted on its way to us.

No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee it. If something goes wrong that puts your information at risk, we’ll tell you and the authorities where the law requires it.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • see the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
  • correct it if it’s wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete it
  • object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it
  • take it with you, in a format you can use elsewhere
  • withdraw your consent, where we rely on it

To use any of these rights, email info@webair360.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, usually by replying from the email address we have for you. We’ll reply within 30 days.

If you’re not happy with our reply, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Commission d’accès à l’information in Quebec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the California Privacy Protection Agency or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

12. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses, not children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us their information, email info@webair360.com and we’ll delete it.

13. Other websites

Our website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and Facebook. We don’t control them, and their own privacy policies apply.

14. Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page when the way we handle personal information changes, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also say so on our website.
