What they work on

Pipelines, models, access, and what each warehouse uses.

Pipelines

Data loaded on a schedule or as it arrives, each load checked.

Models

Raw data turned into tested tables your analysts can rely on.

Moves

A warehouse moved table by table, each result compared.

Roles and masking

Roles, masking and row access policies set from who needs what.

Sign-in

Services moved to key pairs or OAuth, and people on single sign-on or a second factor.

Warehouses

Each sized to its work, paused when idle, with monitors and budgets.

Releases

Each bundle tried in a test account before it’s on.

Working in your team

They work the way your team already does.

  • Your tools. Your own chat, tickets and code repository, so you see the work as it happens.
  • Your hours. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.
  • Your access. You decide what they can reach, and remove it when they leave.

Questions worth asking

How soon can an developer start?

We introduce developers matched to your work within 48 hours. Once you’ve chosen, they start on a date you agree.

Can we interview them first?

Yes. You talk to each developer and choose who joins.

Will they work in our time zone?

Yes. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.

What does it cost?

It depends on the experience you need and how long you need them. Your proposal sets out the monthly fee and how you pay before anyone starts.

Pricing

Can they move our services off passwords?

Yes. They list every service user that still signs in with a password, give each one a key pair or OAuth, and check each connection works before its password is taken away.

Can they show us where our credits go?

Yes. They tag each warehouse with its team, set resource monitors and budgets, and read what each one uses from the account’s own usage views.

Can they hide sensitive columns from some teams?

Yes, with masking policies set by role, in Enterprise Edition or higher. They try each policy as every role that reads the table before it’s turned on.

Can you take on the whole project instead?

Yes. That starts with a written review of your account, who sees what and what each warehouse uses, and a proposal for a first step, such as your services moved off passwords.
