Can we interview them first?

Will they work in our time zone?
Yes. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.
Our add-ins stopped working. Can they rebuild them?
Yes. They rebuild each one the business still needs with the SharePoint Framework, with app access through Microsoft Entra ID.
Can they move our SharePoint Server farm forward?
Yes. They work on SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, and plan each step from 2016 or 2019 to Subscription Edition or to SharePoint in Microsoft 365.
Can they check who can open what before Microsoft Copilot reaches our people?
