You’re in good company
A few of the companies we’ve worked with.
How hiring works
From the first call to their first day, you decide each step.
You tell us.
Tell us about the work
A short call about your SAP software, its custom code and integrations, where it stands on SAP’s maintenance dates, and who you need. The first call is free.
We introduce.
Meet developers matched to it
Within 48 hours, we introduce developers whose experience fits, with the work each has done.
You choose.
Choose who joins
You talk to each one and decide who starts.
They start.
Start on a date you agree
They join your team in your tools, and work in your time zone.
What they work on
Extensions, custom code, integrations and moves.
Extensions in the core
Extensions at the points SAP has released, in ABAP Cloud where your release offers it, never changes to SAP’s own code.
Apps beside the core
Apps and services on SAP BTP that reach your system only through released APIs.
Custom code
Existing code checked with SAP’s tools, rewritten where it’s used and retired where it isn’t.
Moves to the SAP S/4HANA® suite
Custom code and integrations readied for the move, and tried on a copy first.
Integrations
Released APIs and events, each integration under its own user with only the access it needs.
Older interfaces
Interfaces moved from SAP Process Orchestration to SAP Integration Suite, one at a time.
SAP Fiori® apps
Apps for the jobs your teams do every day, built with SAP’s own frameworks.

Working in your team
They work the way your team already does.
- Your tools. Your own chat, tickets and code repository, so you see the work as it happens.
- Your hours. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.
- Your access. You decide what they can reach, and remove it when they leave.

Questions worth asking
How soon can a developer start?
We introduce developers matched to your work within 48 hours. Once you’ve chosen, they start on a date you agree.
Can we interview them first?
Yes. You talk to each developer and choose who joins.
Will they work in our time zone?
Yes. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.
What does it cost?
It depends on the experience you need and how long you need them. Your proposal sets out the monthly fee and how you pay before anyone starts.
PricingDo they check their code the way SAP does?
Yes. They run it through the ABAP® test cockpit, SAP’s own checks, with the checks for your release and, ahead of a move, for the one you’re moving to, before any change leaves development.
Can they build on SAP BTP as well as in our system?
Yes. They build in your system with ABAP Cloud, on the releases that offer it, where a change belongs there, and on SAP BTP where it doesn’t.
Will they work within our transports and approvals?
Yes. Each change they make travels in a transport, SAP’s way of moving a change between systems, and your team decides when each one is imported, as your approvals already set out.
Can you take on the whole project instead?
Yes. We start with a review of your custom code and integrations, then take on the extensions, integrations and moves as one project.
