Apex
Code where configuration stops, written for the platform’s limits and tested before it reaches production.
Lightning Web Components
The screens and parts your teams use every day, built on Salesforce’s own component model.
Integrations
Connections moved to external client apps and the sign-in flows Salesforce supports.
Access
Permission sets and sharing set up for each job, and kept tidy as teams change.
Data

Working in your team
They work the way your team already does.
- Your tools. Your own chat, tickets and code repository, so you see the work as it happens.
- Your hours. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.
- Your access. You decide what they can reach, and remove it when they leave.

Questions worth asking
How soon can a developer start?
We introduce developers matched to your work within 48 hours. Once you’ve chosen, they start on a date you agree.
Can we interview them first?
Yes. You talk to each developer and choose who joins.
Will they work in our time zone?
Yes. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.
Our integrations sign in with a person’s password. Can they move them?
Yes. They find each one, and move it to an external client app with a sign-in flow Salesforce supports, running as its own integration user.
Can they work with our Salesforce admins?
Yes. They agree with your admins what’s built as a flow and what’s written as code, and document each change so either can maintain it.
Can they get us ready for the next release?
Yes. They test your org in a sandbox on the preview, try release updates there first where Salesforce offers a test run, and fix what needs fixing before the release reaches production.
Can you take on the whole project instead?
