How hiring works

From the first call to their first day, you decide each step.

  1. You tell us.

    Tell us about the work

A short call about the apps and flows you run, where they live, who relies on them, and who you need. The first call is free.

  2. We introduce.

    Meet developers matched to it

Within 48 hours, we introduce developers whose experience fits, with the work each has done.

  3. You choose.

    Choose who joins

You talk to each one and decide who starts.

  4. They start.

Start on a date you agree

They join your team in your tools, and work in your time zone.

What they work on

Apps, flows, sites and the rules around them.

Canvas and model-driven apps

Apps built in Microsoft Power Apps for the work your teams do, on Dataverse tables or on the data you already have.

Cloud and desktop flows

Microsoft Power Automate flows that run their steps on their own, with desktop flows only where a system offers no other way in.

Custom connectors

Your own APIs offered to apps and flows, each with Microsoft Entra ID sign-in.

Sites for customers and partners

Microsoft Power Pages sites where customers and partners sign in, with table permissions set on every form and list.

Environments and data policies

A place for each stage of the work, and rules on which connectors can be used together.

Solutions and pipelines

Apps and flows packaged in solutions and released through pipelines, owned by a team rather than one person.

Moves out of retiring environments

Apps in Dataverse for Teams and in free developer environments moved before Microsoft’s dates.

Working in your team

They work the way your team already does.

  • Your tools. Your own chat, tickets and code repository, so you see the work as it happens.
  • Your hours. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.
  • Your access. You decide what they can reach, and remove it when they leave.

Questions worth asking

How soon can a developer start?

We introduce developers matched to your work within 48 hours. Once you’ve chosen, they start on a date you agree.

Can we interview them first?

Yes. You talk to each developer and choose who joins.

Will they work in our time zone?

Yes. They work in your time zone, on hours you agree before anyone starts.

We have apps in Dataverse for Teams. Can they move them?

Yes. They list each Teams environment, upgrade the ones you keep to Dataverse, and move or retire the rest before Microsoft’s dates.

Can they keep a flow running after its maker moves on?

Yes. They move it into a solution, switch it to connections owned by a team or a service principal, and add co-owners.

Can they write code where low-code isn’t enough?

Yes. Custom connectors, code components and Dataverse plug-ins, each tested before it reaches production.

Can you take on the whole project instead?
